Gide advises Bassac in connection with its entry into exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of Feu Vert

Gide advises Bassac, a family-owned company founded in 1972, on its contemplated acquisition of control of Financière Ramsès I SAS, the parent company of the Feu Vert car maintenance centers group.

Founded in 1972, Feu Vert is France’s second-largest automotive maintenance network and also operates in Spain and Portugal. The company combines maintenance and repair services with the sale of spare parts and equipment. In its last full financial year (2024-2025), the group generated revenue of €663 million.

The acquisition would be made from, in particular, the investment company Alpha Private Equity, and is expected to be finalised in the first quarter of 2026, subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals. This planned acquisition will be subject to required information and consultation process with the works’ council and employees of the Feu Vert group.
