Gide advised Veolia Environnement in connection with its inaugural issue of green hybrid notes for an amount of EUR500 million
Gide assisted Veolia Environnement on its inaugural issue of €500 million green deeply subordinated fixed to reset rate notes.
The issue was carried out under the Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme of Veolia Environnement and the notes have been listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris.
