Gide advised Air France-KLM on its €650 million notes issuance
Gide has advised Air France KLM in connection with its issue of EUR 650 million notes, with a fixed annual coupon of 3.875%, due 2031.
The notes issuance has been oversubscribed with a peak orderbook in excess of €3.5 billion. Air France-KLM plans to use the proceeds for the company’s general corporate purposes and to redeem the first tranche of its Sustainability Linked Bonds in May 2026.
