Gide advised Air France-KLM in connection with an issue of hybrid notes for an amount of EUR 500 million
Gide advised Air France-KLM in connection with an issue of EUR 500 million undated deeply subordinated notes with a fixed rate of 5.750% until the first reset date. The notes have been admitted to trading on Euronext Paris.
The syndicate of banks was composed of BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG and Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE as Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, HSBC Continental Europe, J.P. Morgan SE, Morgan Stanley Europe SE and Natixis as Joint Bookrunners.
