Yohan Le Du Högberg is an associate in Gide's Criminal and Commercial Litigation team in Paris.
Yohan primarily assists financial institutions, public companies, and their executives in contentious matters relating to financial markets regulation—spanning investigations and enforcement before regulatory authorities, and more broadly before the civil, commercial and criminal courts. His practice also extends to commercial and shareholder disputes.
He is a graduate of Lille Catholic University and EDHEC Business School, and now teaches contract law within their joint Business Law & Management program. Yohan was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025.
