Yohan Le Du Högberg is an associate in Gide's Criminal and Commercial Litigation team in Paris.
Yohan primarily assists financial institutions, public companies, and their executives in contentious matters relating to financial markets regulation—spanning investigations and enforcement before regulatory authorities, and more broadly before the civil, commercial and criminal courts. His practice also extends to commercial and shareholder disputes.
A graduate of the Catholic University of Lille and EDHEC Business School, he teaches contract law as part of the Business Law & Management double degree course at these two institutions. Yohan was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025.
