Tom Louis is an associate in Gide's Restructuring Team in Paris.

He works primarily alongside creditors (French and international banks, investment funds and the State) in the context of debt restructuring under preventive proceedings (mandat ad hoc and conciliation), but also at the stage of insolvency proceedings. He also assists potential buyers in the context of takeover bids under sale plans, and assists managers in litigation relating to insolvency proceedings.

Tom holds a Specialised Masters in International Business Law and Management from ESSEC and a Master 2 in Advanced Business Law from Université Paris-Dauphine-PSL. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
