Thomas Brusq

Thomas Brusq is Counsel in Gide's Public Law team in Paris.
His practice covers all areas of public real estate law. Thomas assists his clients in the development of their real estate projects, from the land management stage, through the design of the contractual arrangements, to the operation or even the conversion or restructuring of their assets. Thomas acts on transactional and contentious cases involving public law issues in regulated or regulated sectors (transport, agri-food, electronic communications, sport) and in the public sector (companies with public shareholdings, public financing, ethics).
His specific expertise in complex pre-litigation and litigation cases before the courts or public authorities gives him a full appreciation of the issues at stake in these areas. In the area of public-sector property transactions, he is assisting the public-sector developer responsible for building and operating the Lyon-Turin rail link, the management company of the state-owned investment fund for intermediate housing and ENEDIS with its property acquisition, construction and disposal projects.
Thomas is a graduate of the Université de Bretagne Occidentale and the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III (Master 2 Droit public des affaires). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017.
