Thomas Brusq was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, and specialises in sports and public law.
Thomas mainly advises French and foreign operators on public real estate law and public contract law (concessions, long leases, complex arrangements, state occupation agreements).
Thomas has also developed particular expertise in sports law. He advises and litigates on behalf of professional sportsmen, public bodies, associations, companies with a sports mission or object, event leaders and investors on their various projects, in particular in the field of public aid law and public procurement law.
Thomas holds a Master's degree in public business law and economics from Lyon Jean Moulin University, as well as a Master's degree in public law from Bretagne Occidentale University. He is also a graduate of Paris XI University.
