Thelma Claude-Lachenaud is an associate in Gide's Insurance team in Paris.

She provides advice to insurance and reinsurance companies, as well as intermediaries, on legal, regulatory and operational matters. She also represents clients in complex insurance and reinsurance disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals in France and internationally.

She is a member of the International Association of Insurance Law (AIDA) and the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyers (AJAR).

Thelma holds a Master II and a University Diploma in Insurance Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine, which she obtained after her studies at the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
