Thelma Claude-Lachenaud is an associate in Gide's Insurance team in Paris.

She provides advice to insurance and reinsurance companies, as well as intermediaries, on regulatory and operational matters, with a particular focus on distribution. She also represents clients in complex insurance and reinsurance disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals in France and internationally.

She is a member of the International Association of Insurance Law (AIDA) and the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Lawyers (AJAR).

Thelma holds a Master II and a University Diploma in Insurance Law from the University of Paris-Dauphine, which she obtained after her studies at the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
