Sara Belkziz is a lawyer in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team at Gide's Casablanca office.

She acts on a wide range of corporate transactions for subsidiaries of major international groups, in particular on both domestic and cross-border acquisitions, including drafting the contractual documentation and carrying out the corresponding legal formalities.

Sara has assisted numerous clients with personal data protection issues. In particular, she has been responsible for obtaining the necessary authorisations from the Moroccan personal data protection authority for the processing and transfer abroad of personal data. She also assists companies with the regulatory procedures required by the AMMPS, in particular the declaration of importer and registration of cosmetic products.

Sara holds a Master's degree in International Business Law from Hassan II University. She joined Gide's Casablanca office in 2017.
