Rosalie Johnstone is an associate in Gide London's Banking team.
She advises financial institutions and corporates in respect of their structured finance and securitisation transactions, with a particular focus on trade receivables securitisations, factoring and receivables financings in Europe and in North America. She also has experience in corporate financing (bilateral and syndicated loans), where she advises arrangers, financial institutions (commercial banks, private debt lenders and national or international public financial institutions) and corporate borrowers.
Rosalie was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2019.
