Pierre Zejma is Counsel in Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

He mainly advises listed and unlisted companies, industrial groups and families on company law, stock exchange law and mergers and acquisitions and on their strategic and cross-border projects.

He has acted in a number of high-profile M&A transactions. Pierre also advises listed companies on corporate governance issues.

Before joining Gide, Pierre worked at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier for more than 7 years. He holds a Master's degree in Business Law and Tax and a Master's degree in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. Pierre has been a registered lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2018.
