Pierre-Louis Riou is associate in Gide's Investment Funds and Financial Services team in Paris.
He acts for asset management companies and investment firms on all types of financial regulatory issues, particularly in the field of asset management and investment services. He is also involved in contentious and pre-litigation proceedings, particularly in connection with control and sanction proceedings initiated by the Autorité des marchés financiers.
He holds a Master 2 in Banking and Finance Law and a Magistère in Business Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is a member of the Paris Bar.
