Philippe Dupichot is a professor at the Université Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne), a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar, senior counsel at Gide and member of its Scientific Council.
Philippe chairs the Master 2 postgraduate course on banking and finance law (Droit bancaire et financier), and lectures in civil and commercial law, in particular contracts, goods, securities and corporate law.
A secretary to the group reforming securities law from 2003 to 2005, he co-heads the section on Securities Law of the Droit et patrimoine magazine, and is the author of a great many publications.
A founder and co-head of the Henri Capitant Law Review, Philippe is the Secretary General to the Association Henri Capitant des amis de la culture juridique française, and a member of the editorial committee of Bulletin Joly Sociétés.
As Senior Counsel, he is essentially consulted on business contracts, real estate structuring and financing.
