Pauline Jacob is an associate in Gide's Management team in Paris.
She works on mergers and acquisitions and private equity, mainly alongside directors, founders and managers. She assists clients with their transactions (reorganisations, LBOs, IPOs, public and private mergers and acquisitions) and their shareholder issues, in particular access to capital, management incentives and governance.
She holds a Master 1 in Private International Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master 2 in Private International Law and International Trade from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas. Pauline was also awarded the CAPA in 2020. She is a member of the Paris Bar since 2020.
