Pauline Jacob

Pauline Jacob is an associate in Gide’s mergers and acquisitions team in Paris.
She works on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, mainly alongside executives, company founders and managers.
She advises clients on a wide range of transactions (corporate reorganisations, LBOs, IPOs, public and private mergers and acquisitions) and shareholding contexts (family-owned groups, groups owned by private equity funds, listed and unlisted companies), particularly with regard to issues of access to capital, management incentives and governance.
Before joining Gide, Pauline practised for over three years at a leading law firm specialising in advising management teams, where she provided legal support. She holds a Master’s degree in Private International Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Trade from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
