Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Nadia Haddad is a member of Gide's Mergers & Acquisitions / Corporate practice group. Her main areas of expertise are settlement and insolvency proceedings, and debt restructuring.
She advises all types of players (debtors, creditors, buyers, shareholders) on both settlement (ad hoc mandates and conciliation) and insolvency proceedings (safeguard, receivership and judicial winding-up procedures), and on related disputes.
Nadia holds Master's degrees in corporate law and in business law from Paris II - Panthéon Assas University (2010) as well as a legal counsel diploma in corporate law (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise) from the University of Montpellier (2010).
She is a founding member of the French society for young professionals active in the restructuring field (Association des Jeunes Professionnels du Restructuring).
