Nabil Bengoua is an associate in Gide’s Algiers team.

He primarily practices corporate law. With over ten years of experience as a lawyer, he advises international companies on structuring their investments in Algeria, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, and assists them in implementing and monitoring corporate transactions, as well as in drafting the related legal documentation.

He regularly assists foreign investors with their projects in Algeria and has been involved in numerous transactions across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and the automotive industry. He has also developed expertise in Algerian regulations, including personal data protection and foreign exchange controls, by assisting his clients with regulatory compliance and ensuring the security of their transactions.

Nabil holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (University of Toulouse I Capitole) and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2016.
