Mya Lemseffer is an associate in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Gide's Casablanca office.
She works on local and international M&A transactions and advises Moroccan and international clients on due diligence, drafting of acquisition documentation, restructuring of groups of companies and, more generally, on general corporate law issues.
Prior to joining Gide, Mya worked for four years as an associate in the Corporate/M&A department of US law firm Latham & Watkins in Paris.
Mya studied at the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas and obtained her Master's degree from the Magistère Juriste d'Affaires (DJCE) at Paris II. She then completed an LL.M in International Financial Law at Kings College London. Mya was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.
