Mathilde Gautier is a consultant in the "Investment Funds & Asset Management team".
Her practice covers the structuring and documentation of various types of investment funds on behalf of management companies and, more generally, the handling of legal issues relating to the regulations applicable to asset management in France.
Mathilde is a graduate of the University of Le Mans. She joined the team in 2021 and completed her entire professional training at the Ecole de formation du barreau in the firm.
