Practices

Marie Fleurisson is an associate in the "Competition and International Trade" team in Gide's Paris office.

She advises on French and European competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position and merger control) and acts on behalf of national and international operators, both as counsel and in litigation before the French Competition Authority, the European Commission and their appeal courts.

Marie is regularly involved in litigation and distribution law issues (structuring distribution networks, negotiating single agreements, drafting all types of commercial contracts, restrictive competition practices, unfair practices, etc.) and consumer law (reviewing advertising proposed by marketing departments, drafting General Terms and Conditions of Sale, drawing up competition rules, unfair terms, misleading commercial practices, etc.).

Marie holds a Master's degree in Business Law and an MBA in Management from the University of Paris II. She worked for two years as a lawyer in an internationally renowned company before taking her oath. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2021.
