Łukasz Jeśkiewicz is a counsel within Gide’s Warsaw teams. He specialises in tax advisory services, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions and international tax law.

Łukasz has extensive experience advising both financial and strategic investors on transactions. He also has experience in international accounting standards and in management accounting.

His expertise also includes assisting clients in complex tax audits and inspections, as well as in consultation and clearance procedures before tax authorities.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and from the Centre for British and European Legal Studies. He is also a licensed tax advisor and a member of ACCA (FCCA).
