Lucile Meurin is an associate in Gide's Capital Markets team in London.
She acts for financial institutions, commodities traders and a range of corporates on their securitisation, structured finance, receivables financings and trade finance transactions. She works on trade receivables securitisation transactions and receivables financings across Europe, and complex end-to-end business trade financing and refinancing arrangements.
Lucile holds a Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law from the University of Paris Panthéon Assas and an LLM from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a member of the Paris and New York bars.
