Luca Bódi is a associate in Gide's Litigation team in Paris.

Luca advises and supports companies, their directors and shareholders in the resolution of sensitive and complex disputes. She is involved in all stages of litigation and pre-litigation proceedings and assists the firm's clients in resolving their disputes through out-of-court settlements.

She mainly works on corporate litigation (shareholder disputes, directors' liability, acquisition litigation, governance) and strategic commercial litigation.

Luca graduated from the University of Bordeaux (Business Law and Fiscal Law - DJCE). Before joining Gide, Luca notably worked at Bredin Prat and at the Paris office of Signature Litigation, and completed several internships at leading law firms. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018.
