Louise Boyer is an associate in the Real Estate team at Gide Paris.
Louise's practice focuses on property law, particularly commercial leases and property transactions. She has extensive litigation experience in both real estate law and business litigation, and her practice focuses more specifically on disputes relating to contract law, commercial leases, construction and property development law, and rental management.
She regularly advises on cases involving the setting of renewal rents, eviction compensation and sale disputes involving the ordinary law of obligations.
Louise studied law at the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and Trinity College Dublin (Ireland). She holds a Master 2 in general private law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, with extensive civil law training. She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
