Lisa is an associate in Gide's Structured Finance team in Paris.

She works on structured finance transactions, mainly in real estate finance, project finance, acquisition and corporate finance and debt restructuring. She advises all types of borrower or lender at all stages of the structuring or restructuring, contractual drafting and negotiation of complex financing or refinancing transactions.

Lisa has worked on a wide range of financings, such as the financing of the acquisition and the development of a variety of real estate assets (office buildings, hotels, commercial buildings, etc.), the financing of public infrastructure projects (urban heating networks, energy valuation units, sports facilities, etc.) and asset financings (aircrafts, ships). Lisa has also worked on the issuance of financial completion guarantees for real estate development plans.

Lisa holds a Master 2 in Banking and Finance Law from the Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 (France) and an LLB in English and French Law from the University of Essex (United Kingdom). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021.
