Katarzyna Gromnicka is an associate in Gide's Warsaw office. She specialises in banking law and credit documentation, including project finance contracts for the international sale of goods.

She advises on financing transactions and prepares credit documentation together with security agreements, legal opinions, reports and memoranda in the areas of banking and financial law, including collateral for receivables and outsourcing regulations.

Most recently, Katarzyna has advised one of leading banks in Poland in connection with a loan granted for the refinancing of operating logistics centres, a subsidiary of a leading Belgian property developer in obtaining a development and VAT loan to finance a residential project and a leading Polish educational publishing house in connection with a loan granted by two Polish national banks.

Katarzyna graduated from the Faculty of Law at Warsaw University. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar.
