Justine Demoulins

Justine Demoulins is associate in Gide's Competition and International Trade team in Paris. She specialises in French and European competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position and merger control).
She advises and litigates on behalf of national and international operators before the French courts, the French Competition Authority, the European Commission and their appeal courts. She also assists companies in merger proceedings before the competition authorities, which may give rise to commitments and/or the opening of an in-depth examination phase.
Justine is a graduate of the University of Montpellier (DJCE and Magistère Juriste d'Affaires). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2017. After initial experience at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier (2017-2020), she joined Gide in 2020.
