Imane qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2022 and is an Associate in the Banking & Finance department of Gide's London office.

Imane completed her two-year training contract at the firm, during which time she completed seats with the Securitisation & Structured Finance, Banking & Finance, International Dispute Resolution, and Projects (Finance & Infrastructure) teams. She also spent five months on secondment to the firm's Casablanca office. Imane advises international financial institutions, investment funds and corporations in connection with a wide range of domestic and international financing and/or structured finance transactions across Europe and globally.

Imane regularly advises on financing and securitisation transactions in emerging markets and more particularly in Africa (North Africa and West Africa). Before joining Gide, Imane was a banking associate at a market-leading US law firm in Paris. She was mentioned in the Legal 500 United Kingdom in 2025 as a Recommended Lawyer for Finance (Securitisation).

Imane holds an LLB in Law from SOAS University of London, an MSc in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University of London and the Legal Practice Course from BPP University's School of Law in London.
