Enzo Rossi is an associate in the Corporate / Mergers and Acquisitions team at Gide Paris.
He mainly assists listed and unlisted companies on corporate law, M&A transactions, as well as governance issues.
Enzo has been involved in a number of strategic transactions, including the acquisition by a Mérieux NutriSciences of food testing laboratories in 15 different countries.
Enzo holds a Master 2 in Business Law and an MBA from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025.
