Emmanuel Boudaud is an associate in Gide's Banking & Finance practice in Paris.
He advises credit institutions, finance companies, investment firms, payment institutions and electronic money institutions on the legislative and regulatory framework applicable to their activities, and assists them in legal or disciplinary proceedings before the Autorité des Marchés Financiers or the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution.
Emmanuel holds a Magistère Juriste d'Affaires - DJCE from the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas (2021) and an LL.M. in Business Law and Economics (2023), awarded jointly by Erasmus University Rotterdam and the University of Hamburg. He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2025.
