Edmond Schlumberger is a University Professor and Senior Counsel in the "Mergers and Acquisitions" team at Gide's Paris office.
His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and capital markets.
Edmond is also a member of the firm's Scientific Advisory Board, in his capacity as an academic. In this capacity, he runs various in-house and external training sessions and participates in industry working groups. He is the author of numerous publications and is a member of the editorial board of Bulletin Joly Sociétés.
Edmond holds a doctorate in law (2011) and an agrégation (2015), and is a professor at the Sorbonne Law School (Université Paris 1 - Panthéon Sorbonne). He is also a graduate of Ecole HEC (2003).
