Côme Lefébure is an associate in Gide's Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Paris.

He mainly assists clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, joint-ventures, investments and restructuring operations, and more generally on corporate law issues.

Côme is a graduate of Sciences Po and Columbia University in New York. He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024.
