Christian Camboulive is a partner in the Arbitration practice group. Specialising in arbitration law, international contracts and international law, Christian acts as counsel for corporations, states, state-owned entities in domestic and international arbitration cases conducted under various rules such as ICC, ISCID, Swiss Rules, SCC, OHADA, VIAC, CIETAC or FAA. He advises on disputes in areas including international contracts, construction, energy, distribution and franchising, joint ventures and shareholders relationship, investments protection. His experience covers most of the regions around the globe. He also act as arbirator.
Former Vice-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee and member of the executive Committee of the Foundation for International Arbitration Advocacy, Christian is a member of several arbitration associations, such as the French Arbitration Association, the International Arbitration Institute, the London Court of International Arbitration and the Swiss Arbitration Association.
