Chloé Tabone is an associate in Gide's Tax Law team in Paris.

She advises companies and individuals on French and international tax matters. She is fluent in French and English.

Chloé notably advised MBO+ in connection with the acquisition of 80% of the company’s share capital by all its employees, and Kyotherm’s management in connection with the takeover of the Group by InfraVia Capital Partners. She also contributed to advising Roquette Frères on tax aspects related to the inaugural issuance of deeply subordinated bonds.

She holds a Master 2 in Corporate Law and Taxation from Aix-Marseille Universités (2022) and a Master in Management from emlyon business school (2023). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2025.
