Charlotte Pollard is an associate in the Arbitration team in London.
She specialises in international arbitration, advising clients in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings in the energy, construction and mining sectors conducted in French and English under the auspices of various arbitral institutions (ICC, ICSID, LCIA). Since Brexit, Charlotte has also specialised in UK trade defence instruments and her work has involved advising on active antidumping and antisubsidy investigations in the UK.
Charlotte graduated from the University of York with an LLB. Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor (England & Wales) in 2022.
