Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, counsel Charles Terdjman specialises in French and EU competition law (cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control) and acts before the French Competition Authority and the European Commission. Charles has developed a solid expertise in multiple filing operations where several merger filings are required across the world. Charles also acts in distribution law, in particular to set up distribution networks.
Charles has recently advised groups such as Avril, Ferrero and Guerbet (merger control), Jacobs Douwe Egberts (abuse of dominance), and Nintendo (vertical restraints).
Charles is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (2010), the Robert Schumann University of Strasbourg (EU law), and the Paris V - Paris-Descartes University (European business law). He speaks French, English and Spanish.
