Anne-Julie Ngome is an associate in Gide's Structured Finance team in Paris.
She works on structured finance transactions, mainly in real estate finance, project finance, acquisition and corporate finance and debt restructuring. She advises all types of borrower or lender at all stages of the structuring or restructuring, contractual drafting and negotiation of complex financing or refinancing transactions.
Anne-Julie holds a Master 2 in International Business Law from Paris Descartes University (Paris V) and a University Diploma in insolvency proceedings law from Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Paris I). She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026.
