Her practice covers the structuring and documentation of various types of investment funds on behalf of asset management companies, as well as the handling of legal issues relating to the regulatory framework applicable to asset management in France.
Alizée holds a Master 2 / LL.M. in International and European Business Law. She joined the team in 2025 and completed the majority of her professional training at the Bar School within the firm.
