Akim Zellami is an associate in Gide's "Banking & Finance" team in Paris.

He advises arrangers and issuers in both equity (capital increases, block sales) and debt (bonds, equity-linked, Euro PP, EMTN programmes).

Akim holds a Master degree in Banking and Financial law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024.
