We assist our clients with the implementation of personal data processing and ensure compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.
Made up of lawyers specialising in data protection, our team has a thorough understanding of the issues surrounding personal data, security, health data and ePrivacy regulations. Some of them have significant corporate experience, enabling us to apply a pragmatic approach which addresses our clients’ commercial and strategic issues.
We constantly monitor regulatory developments and regularly share this information with our clients. We assist them in their dealings with regulators, including sanctions proceedings by the CNIL, the French Data Protection Authority.
We have thorough knowledge of EU procedures and are in regular contact with European institutions, including the Commission and the Parliament. We help our clients to comply with applicable regulations, including the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the ePrivacy Directive.
