Gide is advising the Inherent Group, backed by Keensight Capital, in connection with the LBU transactions relating to the Connect Group, as well as the companies Skyloud and Auxilium 64 (HP2I)

Gide advised the Inherent Group and Keensight Capital in connection with the Inherent Group’s LBU transactions relating to the Connect Group (an independent provider of telecoms and IT solutions based in the PACA region and Monaco), as well as the companies Skyloud (a cloud-only provider based in Lyon and specialising in the development and maintenance of cloud architectures) and Auxilium 64 (HP2I) (a specialist in cloud services).

With these acquisitions, the Inherent Group continues to strengthen its IT and cloud expertise, consolidate its public cloud offerings and expand its regional presence in strategic areas.
