Gide advises RGREEN INVEST on the structuring of INFRABRIDGE IV, an infrastructure debt fund dedicated to financing the European energy transition

Gide advised RGREEN INVEST on the structuring of INFRABRIDGE IV, an infrastructure debt fund with a size of nearly 500 million euros.

 The fund’s objective is to provide short-term financing to companies contributing to the energy transition, climate change mitigation, and adaptation. It focuses on the European segment of small and medium-sized enterprises. The fund is structured as a specialized professional fund and classified as an Article 9 fund under the SFDR.
