Gide advises Partech, Xange, Aglaé Ventures and Financière Agache on the primary LBO on Skello

Gide advised Partech, Xange, Aglaé Ventures and Financière Agache in connection with the primary LBO on Skello, on the occasion of the entry of Bridgepoint into its capital.

Skello, the French AI-powered HR management solution for frontline teams, has announced a EUR 200 million investment led by Bridgepoint, which becomes its lead minority shareholder through its Bridgepoint Development Capital V fund.

Skello’s founders, management team and historical investors Partech and Xange are reinvesting as part of the transaction, with the management team also increasing its stake.

The Gide team was composed of partner Paul Jourdan-Nayrac and counsel Julien Negroni, on Corporate/M&A aspects, and partner Paul de France, and associate Louis Rivierre on tax aspects.
