Gide advises Royal Air Maroc on the Acquisition of Sole Control of Atlas Servair

Gide’s Casablanca office advised Royal Air Maroc on its acquisition of sole control of Atlas Servair, following the purchase from SIAMI of its 40% shareholding in the airline catering company.

As a result of the transaction, Royal Air Maroc, which already held a 60% interest in Atlas Servair, has become the company’s sole shareholder.

Gide advised Royal Air Maroc on all legal aspects of the transaction, including its legal structuring, the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documentation, the management of the required regulatory approvals, and the completion of the transaction.

The Gide team was led by partner Chloé Joachim de Larivière, assisted by associate Abdallah Ktiri, with the support of partner Ségolène Pelsy on merger control aspects.
