Gide advises Inventiva on a comprehensive capital structure optimization including debt and equity financing
Gide advised Inventiva, a biopharmaceutical company listed on Euronext Paris and the NASDAQ Global Market, specializing in the development of oral therapy for the treatment of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH), in connection with its combined financing transactions.
These transactions included an offering of American depositary shares (ADSs) in the United States for approximately USD 120 million and the implementation of a new financing consisting of bonds and convertible bonds for an initial amount of €75 million (and up to €130 million, subject to conditions).
These transactions also included the repurchase, for EUR 50 million, of a significant portion of EIB warrants and the full repayment of its existing European Investment Bank (EIB) debt.
