Sarah Gabbai is a Counsel in Gide's Tax team leading Gide's UK tax practice in London.

Her practice focuses on UK and international tax law, with a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions and investments. She advises on the UK tax aspects of financial transactions, securities offerings, securitisations and fund structures. Sarah also advises multinational groups and private equity funds on the UK and international tax aspects of group restructurings, corporate and financing transactions, M&A and employee equity incentives, as well as financial institutions, fund managers and investors on a range of UK tax issues.

Sarah is a graduate of Cambridge University (King's College), an English qualified solicitor, a member of the California Bar and a Fellow of the U.K. Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT). She also has an LLM in Taxation from King's College London.
