Clothilde Beau and Elise Bernard among Europe’s top 25 most promising female lawyers

Once again, Law.com International has published its European Legal Industry’s Women Rising Stars,  which highlights the top 25 female lawyers under the age of 40 who are identified as the next generation of leaders in the legal profession across Continental Europe.

Congratulations to Clothilde Beau and Elise Bernard, both recognized in the 2026 edition.

Clothilde Beau advises on the structuring of all types of investment funds (debt, infrastructure, private equity, real estate and listed assets), whether dedicated to professional investors or open to retail clients. She also assists institutional investors with their investments in funds and is involved in secondary transactions. In addition, she advises financial institutions on all matters relating to asset management regulations applicable in France.

Elise Bernard primarily advises on acquisitions and business combination transactions involving listed and non-listed companies. She is also involved in cross-border restructuring transactions for French and international groups, including spin-offs.
