Gide advised Legrand in the data centers in China with the acquisition of Keydak.

Gide advised Legrand, a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures, on its acquisition of Chinese company Keydak.

Keydak is a leading Chinese rack manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. It employs over 330 people and generates annual revenue of over €60 million.

This transaction marks Legrand’s pursuit of its active bolt-on acquisition strategy and strengthen its position in the datacenter market, both in compute infrastructure and in critical power.
