Gide advised Eurazeo, Expeditions and Heartcore Capital in connection with the €8 million funding round carried out by EGIDE, a French defence startup specializing in the development of low-cost drone interception systems combining artificial intelligence and software architecture to neutralize aerial threats such as loitering munitions (suicide drones).
The Gide team was composed of Axelle Toulemonde, partner, Donald Davy, counsel, and Marie-Flora Mendes, associate.
