Gide advises Escape on its $18 million Series A funding round led by Balderton

Gide advised Escape, the offensive security engineering platform, on its $18 million Series A funding round led by Balderton Capital, with participation from Uncorrelated Ventures and existing investors IRIS and Y Combinator.

The funding will enable Escape to further strengthen the capabilities of its AI agent-based platform, accelerate the development of advanced automated pentesting features, and scale its engineering and go-to-market teams internationally.

Gide advised Escape on this transaction with a team led by David-James Sebag, partner, assisted by Sarah Doray, counsel, with the assistance of Pollsinelli on US law aspects.
