Solène Bedier is an associate in Gide’s International Trade team in Brussels.

She advises on EU and French sanctions and export control matters, and also advises on international trade law issues, including trade defence investigations (anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases).

She assists clients in assessing sanctions exposure, building and implementing practical compliance frameworks, and handling day-to-day questions on high-risk transactions. She also assists companies in the context of trade defence investigations.

She holds a degree in international management (ESCP Europe), studied at the Catholic University of Lyon and at St John’s University in New York, and is admitted to the District of Columbia Bar.
